Why this exists
Millions of people still face unreliable, expensive, or unavailable data where they need it most. YourTel focuses on high-need corridors and communities.
YourTel is a U.S.-based telecom infrastructure company working with strategic partners in Canada and focused on Africa. Our first mission begins in Cameroon with the WiVi citywide Wi-Fi rollout, then segues into mobile network improvement and deployment.
Global connections. Local impact.
Strategy, telecom expertise, local partnerships, and real-world corridor execution—aligned around dependable access where people live, work, learn, move, and do business.
The story
YourTel turns public connectivity into a practical operating system: Wi-Fi access, local payments, resilient backhaul, dashboards, support workflows, partner participation, and a disciplined rollout plan.
Millions of people still face unreliable, expensive, or unavailable data where they need it most. YourTel focuses on high-need corridors and communities.
WiVi citywide Wi-Fi creates immediate affordable access in Cameroon while establishing the operating foundation for broader mobile network improvement.
Fiber-first backhaul, authorized satellite backup, smart mesh paths, UPS and solar resilience, and transparent network operations.
Proof of concept, beta launch, citywide densification, mobile network deployment opportunities, then national and regional replication.
Core platform
We build and operate carrier-grade public Wi-Fi networks that make reliable, affordable connectivity a daily reality. Users connect with the SIMs and devices they already have, authenticate in a captive portal, choose a plan, pay locally, and get online.

The Cameroon rollout starts with citywide Wi-Fi, usage dashboards, and customer-friendly payments. As demand patterns become visible, YourTel can identify where mobile network improvement, backhaul upgrades, and deployment support create the greatest impact.

On-demand payment solutions for businesses, venues, districts, and retail partners—delivered with clear settlement and reporting.
How WiVi works
A simple captive-portal flow makes public Wi-Fi easy for customers and manageable for operators.
Users select YourTel CityWiFi or a venue network from their Wi-Fi list using the devices they already carry.
A secure captive portal opens automatically in the browser. No app install is required.
Users verify with phone and OTP, scratch-card code, voucher, or the method that fits the deployment.
Plans can be paid by Mobile Money, Orange Money, card, bank transfer, voucher, or scratch-card redemption.
When time or data ends, users are redirected back to recharge instantly and continue working.
Network reliability
YourTel’s reliability posture combines fiber-primary backhaul, authorized satellite backup where appropriate, mesh paths, UPS and solar power, and NOC visibility. The goal is a network that survives power instability, backhaul issues, congestion, and growth.
Network reliabilityHigh-capacity primary backhaul where national fiber is technically and commercially feasible.
Satellite failover or supplemental backhaul only where regulation allows and operations justify it.
Self-healing paths between poles with controller intelligence, congestion monitoring, and alarms.
Battery backup for grid instability with solar support where site design requires it.
Payments and revenue
The payment model is designed for how customers already pay and how operators need to manage revenue.
The Wi-Fi network redirects new sessions to the captive portal.
The customer selects a package or enters a voucher and pays using the preferred local method.
Notch Pay processes the transaction securely and settles funds to the merchant balance.
Earned revenue can be withdrawn to the Ecco Bank account for business operations.
Innovative technology
Graphene technology, AI-optimized networking, renewable energy, and remote tower deployment improve routing, energy efficiency, remote-site economics, and service continuity.
Rollout plan
Month 1 validates the field proof of concept. Months 1–3 launch WiVi in priority areas. Months 3–12 scale across the city. Year 2+ replicates nationally and across additional African markets.
