Chairman and President Grant Zukel served as lead scientist and engineer on YourTel’s graphene concrete battery program — a structural energy system that embeds ultra-dense storage directly into the concrete that holds sites, poles, and enclosures in place.

The result is a YourTel-developed platform built for Africa’s hardest corridors: charge in minutes, store at exceptional density, and keep networks alive where diesel, trenching, and long grid timelines would normally block rollout. It is the energy layer that makes remote Wi-Fi and tower deployment practical at scale.
